January 8, 2026

San Francisco’s luxury market told a fascinating story in 2025.

These sales highlight just how diverse San Francisco’s luxury market really is, from historic estates to modern architectural mansions, each successful for different reasons.

While timing, location, and pricing strategy matter, the reality is that style, scale, views, condition, and uniqueness play an equally critical role in achieving a strong result.
